Sewing Camps for Kids
In a small boutique group of maximum 5 participants, kids will learn basics of sewing as they go along and create projects they will be so proud of! Our sewing class for kids it is all about experiencing magic of sewing and discovering new passion and so much opportunities coming along with it.
Sewing camp runs from 9am till 3:30pm and takes only 5 people per group, so individual attention could be given to each kid. Suitable for children aged 10 and above. Bring your own lunch and morning fruits / snacks, just like for school. Tea and biscuits to share will be provided.

My daughter and her friend had fantastic time at Olga’s sewing workshop for kids. Both of them were very happy to create their own soft toy owl of which they are so proud of. Studio Thimbles is conveniently located and is a very warm and welcoming place. During the two and a half hours workshop Olga managed to patiently explain and teach the girls three basis stitches and button sewing technique. We will be happy to come back again.

I am a Russian girl with an Aussie heart. I am so grateful to live in the most beautiful country in the world and have an opportunity to follow my sewing passion!
From a young age I was mesmerised by the ability to turn fabrics into unique garments, which often drew comment from admirers for their beauty and character. Below are some hard to find pictures of me in my “me made” garments when I was still studying at school.
You might find it hard to believe that I am a Process Engineer by my degree, but I am a seamstress in my heart! Sewing been my passion through all my life. I was dreaming about becoming a fashion designer.
